How Do I Love Thee? Let Me Count The Ways...

I'm a big fan of quotations. I collect quotations from books to movies to lyrics and everything else that catch my attention. Here's some that I'd like to share... No river can return to its source, yet all rivers must have a beginning - Native American Proverb Born to blossom, bloom to perish - Gwen Stefani Uno Mas? - Jackie Chan in Shanghai Noon (Thanks to Cat) You will know the worth of water when the well has run dry - Ben Franklin Of those who say nothing, few are silent - Anon The magic of first love is our ignorance that it can never end - Benjamin Disraeli Le coeur a ses raisons que la raison ne connait point (The heart has its reasons, of which reason knows nothing) - Blaise Pascal With great power comes great responsibility - Spiderman Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal - Thomas Moore Attraction is always mistaken for love - Runaway Bride Fingers were made before forks, and hands before knives - Jonathan Swift My father taught me to work; he did not tea...

SELAMAT PENGANTIN BARU

TO AZWAN AND WIFE; SEMOGA BERBAHAGIA SEHINGGA KE AKHIR HAYAT... Attention: Never wish someone 'Semoga berbahagia hingga ke anak cucu'... Why? Sebab I kno one family that bercerai bila dapat cucu.... Bila tanya kenapa nak berpisah, the pakcik casually answered, "sebab dulu masa kawin, orang kata sampai ke anak cucu je...."... Ada betul nya jugak ek?

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

The venue... THE BOOK... The beginning... In between the book... After the final chapter ended... I've discovered yet another super power that I have; supersonic reading... Finished the book in 2 days (some people might roll their eyes, but considering my tahap kesabaran is below zero, I'm very proud of achievement of NOT reading the ending first.). I kno Marina was done reading before I did and I'd like to thank her for not telling me the story. Overall; excellent! I dunno how JK Rowling could think of such complicated storyline. But that's all I'm giving. I'm not gonna spoil the excitement for those Potterians who are currently or have yet started reading the book.

25 JULY 1978

Someone told me once, "you can NEVER have a platonic relationship with a boy, let alone let them be one of your close friends"... Today, I would like to re-educate that someone, YOU CAN AND I HAVE PROOF!!!! See the picture up there... The one with the 'red-shirt-wearing-tapir-but-look-like-human' photo? He is my living proof... I've known him since I've known most of TKC friends. He was this skinny specky boy who reminds me of Harry Potter (hahahahashahahahahahaahahahahh!). But now, he reminds me of Uncle Vernon instead... Sigh... Where did all the extra padding came from I wonder.... Anyways, today is a special day for him and I just like to let the whole world share it with my old friend. EZNAN FAHIM , May you blessed with all the good things in the world and blessed with more friends like me in times to come... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

Actually I wanted to 'curi' the thing but Wegra tagged me before I could... :-p Complete the sentences: 1) A person is only as good as the company 2) Friendship is inevitable 3) To love is to share 4) Money makes me feel powerful 5) I miss my TKC days 6) My way of saying I care is by helping the person in need 7) I try to spread love and happiness by joking and laughing 8) Pick the flowers when it blossoms... "Born to blossom, bloom to perish" 9) To love someone is bending all rules for them 10) Beauty is subjective 11) When I was thirteen, what I remember the most was going to Seremban to attend school away from family 12) When i was twenty one, what I remember the most was getting my heart broken for the first time 13) I am most happy when I get my work done at the end of the day 14) Nothing makes me happier when people actually get my jokes 15) If I can change one thing, I will change the location of my office. I don't want to change company, just the location...

Harry Potter and The Order of Phoenix

I'm gonna spare you people on the story of unreasonably long line to get the ticket and the annoying talker seated next to me. Lemme just get straight to the point. I like Goblet of Fire better than this movie. A lot of talking in the middle of the movie. Fighting scenes at the end was good. All of them grew up (even Dudley). Don't get me wrong, I still love the movie.... Me, begging Vernon to approve my leave was so worth it!!!!! Special mention to Vernon and Seetha . One is to approve my leave and one is to swap shift with me....

Kady @ 2 months

Picture was taken yesterday before going to Ajie's wedding.... Congrats to Ajie and Mustafid!

When I grow up, I'm going to marry Optimus Prime!

YES! You heard me right... Optimus Prime!!!! This was him when I first saw him. I was so in love with Saber Rider at that time, didn't even notice him at first. Growing up, I didn't play with Barbie dolls. My first doll ever was Michaelangelo from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. And then, I had Egon Spangler's action figure from Ghostbusters. And then, came Transformers. I remember liking the 'red and blue' truck. I didn't kno the truck could change to a robot. So that's my story of how I met optimus Prime. I was about eight or nine years old that time.... And this is him in the movie. I might be a little bit biased here but the movie was excellent! For God sake, I went to see it on a bloody Monday and the seats were all taken! Even the first show at 10.50am!!!! The line was too long for my temper to bare so I went to the Gold Class (I went to One Utama GSC on a working day, alone.. I'm a super loser!). And then I went to the Gold Class... Here's my co...

Back in the ofis!

So... I was looking for advertisements featuring celebs for Amex. This is one of my favourite. I mean, Ellen Degeneres IS VERY, VERY FUNNY. Since Oprah moved to Hallmark, I've been watching Ellen's show instead. It's a cool show and the interviews are not as prolonged as Oprah's. And hardly any sob-sob session in her show. She's funny! Did I say that already? Kewl!!! Anyway, I'm back in the ofis. Yeap.... Very-very-very excited about it at first but as soon as I reach my desk, I come to my senses and realized I left my kid at home... Today is the third day. Feeling much better and confident leaving her with the bibik. Well done Naziah!!!! I have a lot of updates to do but I don't feel like doing it yet. Maybe after this week I'll be on the run again. I leave you people with this; "My father taught me to work; he did not teach me to love it." -Abraham Lincoln-
